Belk box case study
Problem
Belk was looking for a way be more relevant with the current retail climate and connect to a younger audience.
Solution
Subscription boxes are extremely popular on social media and especially among Millennials, which were a demographic we were looking to target. We also knew that there were tons of seasonal products no one even knew about, so creating a box catered to the current season, while giving the customer the opportunity to choose the type of products in their box, would allow the customer to try out products they wouldnāt typically just buy alone.
Approach
Utilizing the more pop-y colors in the Belk palette and playing off the alliteration of the name - Belk Box branding took on a life of itās own. Bringing in a fun 90ās nostalgic pattern was the cherry on top. We created a full omni-channel view from branding to package design to print to in store signage and display to the eComm experience.
